Returns

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Electronics Policy

Due to the nature of electronic products:

• Opened, used, or activated electronic items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Physical Store Purchases

Returns for items purchased from our physical store must be made at the store with the original receipt and packaging.
